You may wonder all that acne, dry skin, premature ageing is due to some genetics or puberty but that’s not it.It can be also due to the unhealthy Lifestyle


However, is it true that Lifestyle can also affect skin? Let's take a look!

Poor diet

Having a clean and Healthy diet with good amount of protein, vitamins, and calcium will definitely promote healthy skin growth. Poor Diet with lack of all the vital nutrients and lots of processed food, high in sugar will lead to skin problems like acne, breakouts dry skin etc.


Poor-quality sleep

Our Body needs minimum 6 hours of sleep anything less than this will slowly start showing you signs that are not good for your health. People who sleep maximum 8-9 hours have been result in moisturized and glowing skin. Sleeping for an inadequate amount affects the moisture levels in your skin, decreasing them and also lowering your complexion's pH levels, and skin looks less youthful and has less of a glow.

Sedentary Lifestyle

When you are just laying on your couch and binge watching can effect your skin,when you sit all day doing nothing your blood is not pumping as fast.Which can take away all the useful nutrients and oxygen.

Sun exposure

Sunlight is necessary for our skin, Sunlight also helps our skin make vitamin D.Some sunlight can be good as long as you have sunscreen on exposure to UV lights can cause sunburn But too much exposure to sunlight can be really harmful for our skin.This can lead to red skin,pain,itchy skin, tight skin.


Pollution

Dust, Smoke, Polluted Air, Chemicals, pro-oxidative chemicals continuous exposure to pollution can lead to skin damage resulting in dehydration, sensitivity, uneven skin tone, dullness, acne, and premature aging

Elderly People who take medication on regular basis for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol have higher risk for skin problems. Although any medication can cause a drug rash, the most common types of medications that trigger a drug rash include: Antibiotics, such as penicillin or sulfa drugs. Anti-inflammatory medicines, such as ibuprofen, naproxen, or indomethacin. Painkillers, such as codeine or morphine.

Dehydration

Staying hydrated solves almost every problem related our health. We Need at least 8-9 glass of waters a day or more .Dehydrated skin means your skin is lacking water, which can lead numerous skin problems. Your skin will look dull and uneven. Dehydrated skin is temporary and can be relieved by drinking good amount of water.
